Given the current COVID-19 situation, we would like to reassure you that is operating as per normal. We are still dispatching orders from our warehouse and working hard to make deliveries as safe as possible. However, you may experience order delays in the event that our couriers are unable to make deliveries. Use the tracking link sent to you after order confirmation to get real-time updates from our couriers directly. We currently offer two delivery options in Hong Kong that include duties and taxes and with order tracking services.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have extended our return policy from 30 days to 60 days for online orders placed .
  • Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached
  • In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent
  • A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost
